Come and enjoy exercising your mind and body through improving our Strength, Flexibility and Balance. The sessions will follow a programme recommended by the NHS. Our instructor is not qualified but will follow the scheme. We must all remember we all know our own bodies so must take responsibility for all the exercises that we do. The whole session takes place in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The exercises are fun to do and you will leave the session with a feeling of well being.
Class:10.00 - 11.00 then stay for chat and coffee 11.00-11.30
